Product Literature Distribution

Brochures, flyers and other literature on new and existing products can be circulated directly to our members and affiliates through this service. Your literature is sent to the BAPO Secretariat for mailing.

This service is open to all organisations wishing to directly target members (Prosthetists and Orthotists) or affiliates (Technicians, Limited Orthotic Practitioners and Students).

Guidelines

• Please complete the enclosed booking form and send it to the BAPO Secretariat by post, fax or email.
• Please provide your literature, already inserted into self-seal envelopes, to the BAPO Secretariat. Please leave the envelopes open. Packets that exceed 1st class stsndar letter will incur an additional postage charge.
• The Secretariat will confirm the receipt of your envelopes. Normally, your order will be processed within 48 hrs of receipt.
• The Secretariat will insert a disclaimer slip into each envelopes, seal them, put address labels on and send them by first class post.

Please note:

• Requests for product literature circulation will be processed on a first-come first-served basis
• Acceptance of orders is at the discretion of BAPO
• In the event of a cancellation, the client or agent will be asked to accept all legitimate charges raised at the discretion of BAPO
