Want to get in on the plenary action and have a member of your company present at Conference? BAPO would like to extend an invitation to companies to have a sponsored speaker included in our clinical programme at Conference. As a sponsor your company name and logo will feature in the Conference Programme. Speaker places are limited, so if your organisation has something to present contact the BAPO Secretariat as soon as possible. * Conditions apply * Programme slots will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. - Presentations should not be used to promote specific products. - Exhibitors wishing to attend company presentations will be required to purchase entry tickets from the BAPO Registraiton desk. - Speaker expenses will not be reimbursed by BAPO. New Product Launch – Hall C Exhibitors only Launch your new products at Conference 2011. The King’s Suite Conservatory will provide the backdrop for your short 10 minute presentation and tabletop exhibit. This area can only be accessed during the demo time slot and will be separate from the main Exhibition in Hall C. A full timetable together with space for a short narrative to advertise your presentation will be available in the Conference Programme. The glass fronted Conservatory area is situated at the entrance to the HICC. Companies are asked to provide a double sided poster which can be placed on the frontage to the Conservatory advertising their product and exhibition stand number, thus maximising visibility both internally and externally to delegates. **Conditions apply **Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis Only 1 poster per Exhibitor Exhibitors should arrange for posters to be brought to the HICC. HICC Conference Tour – Exhibitors Come for a look around the 2011 Conference Venue in Nov/Dec 2010. Exhibitors can visit the HICC, look around HALL C where the exhibition will take place and preview the Queens Suite where the clinical programme will be held on 4-6 March 2011. Visitors will be given the opportunity to meet with Executive and Conference Committee members to discuss suggestions for our 2012 Conference.
